while doing my Ph.D. there on the Subject --

MY AMBITION WAS TO BE A LECTURER or PLAYBACK SINGER or ACTOR.BUT, DESTINY DRAGGED ME TO INDIAN POLICE SERVICE
and NOW I feel
I.P.S. IS THE BEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD.I also realized that
BIHAR IS THE BEST CADRE FOR I. P.S. OFFICERS.
